Brandon Williamson of Powder Springs, GA is a 16 year old who is starting his 7th year racing in the Pro Challenge series.
In his rookie year with Pro Challenge, he finished 6th in the Nationals Points and was awarded 2007 Most Improved Driver and was voted Most Popular Driver of the Year. His 2nd year in Pro Challenge, he was the South Region Champion and finished 4th in National Points. In his 3rd year, he won the 2-day Winter Nationals Championship at Orlando Speedworld and ended up finishing 2nd in National Points. He is starting out the 2010 season by defending his title as Winter Nationals Champion for the 2nd year in a row.
Before joining Pro Challenge, Brandon raced Quarter Midgets in the North Georgia Quarter Midget Association out of Cumming, GA for about 8 months.
When he is not racing, he likes to play baseball, whitewater kayak, ride motorcycles, quail hunt and do Iracing online to sharpen his driving skills and learn car set-ups.
It's obvious that this remarkable young man has been taught proper values both on and off the track. His entire family enriches our series. So keep your eye on him...and remember his name...you can say you knew him when!!!
